I recently had work done on my 1997 Pathfinder. I was charged over $3000.00 for this work. I got my vehicle from this shop and now 2 months later I need a new transmission. Oil and transmission fluid mixed in the transmission. How does that happen?? I don't know. BEWARE BOBBY TAYLOR'S MR. TRANSMISSION!!!

All repairs performed by Mr. Transmission nationwide have a parts and labor warranty of no less than 90 days up to a 3 yr 50k miles. This customer should have had at least a 12 month 12000 mile warranty. This particular customer has not at any time brought to our attention any problems with his transmission. The only way for us to obtain our goal of 100% Customer Satisfaction is for the customer to bring to light any (and that means ANY) concerns about the quality of their repair. If this individual in fact needed a new transmission 2 months after his repair due to (engine?) oil and transmission fluid mixing in his transmission, we would have invesigated this matter to the fullest extent. I have been employed with the company for over 6 years, and besides the few individuals that refuse satisfaction for what ever reason, we have always taken care of all of customers and have always ended any transaction (warranty issue or otherwise) with a handshake and a smile, not to mention paying for car rentals in extreme circumstances, extentions of warranty, and other items that we are not obligated to do. I invite this customer to call me and arrange a proper inspection of his problem. If customers are not responsible enough to contact their service provider for any issues, then their dissatisfaction is their own fault. My entire job revolves around keeping all of my customers satisfied, current or past.
