We bought our dinind room set from Bob's furniture and purchased a protection plan. Bob's has their protection plan through "Guradian" and terms it as "Goof Proof Plus Protection Plan". My dining table got damaged when we were trying to extend it, the seat of my dining chairs got damaged when we had a party at home and the guestts were moving it and there were some other minor damages to my chairs. When I called "Guardian" , I was told that none of the damages are covered as they consider them " Normal wear and tear" and the woman ( Kiana Garza--Not sure if she gave me her real name) who I spoke with was rude, wouldn't connect me to her supervisor and hung up on me. We spend a few hundred dollars buying the protection only to find out that nothing is actually covered. It's a total rip off and waste of money. I would never purchase anything from Bob's Furniture and will be spreading the word to my friends and family as well. This is one of the worst experienes I have had in my life.

Maybe now would be a good time.  If they violated its terms, sue them.  If they didn't, get over it.
