BOCA BARGOONS ORLANDO POOR OVERALL DELIVERY OF SERVICES CASSELBERRY Florida
Simply put after we ordered and designed our curtains and paid avery premium price for it and were told to expect a great look and results, there were multiple delays and on the day of installation there was one drape missing and the rods were not cleaned out of their sticky labels so our curtains sticks everytime we open or close and we have to snap it to make it do that, also the curtains don't close completely leaving some light in and we have to put pillow or something else to keep the leafs closed at night. also the curatins in the living room were longer than measured and they were going to come and retailor them but i asked to leave it alone since i dont trust their judgement and soon and behold i find out i did the right thing becasue when you open and tie the drapes the length shortens and i am not an expert they should have not suggested to shorten it in the first place, anyway we did complain about every stage we were not happy with but the fact of having to make 3-4 appointments to make it work made us give up on asking anymore.
