I have ordered from Body Coolers before - love there product and decided to order again so I went to there website and placed an order for 12 pet cooling mats - the transaction cleared and I waited for the delivery. Nothing came - no email confirmation - no calls - nothing - so I tried to email them, and call them and never received a response back. I just called again this morning and their phones have been turned off. I fear that I have been a victim of a company that has gone under - but they are still taking on line orders and keeping the payments without sending out the product. Simply put - this is the worst online experience I've ever had. Too bad - as the product is good - but obviously the owners of this company are crooked. If the company isn't doing well - they should take the website off the internet. I'm not sure how I will get my money back. This is frustrating to me as I foster older dogs and need these mats to keep them comfortable - I have limited funds for fostering and I won't be able to order from another company until I get my money back from Body Cooler.
