Boland Natural (MIOPLEX) ripoff DISHONEST FRAUDLENT POSTING ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT CINCINNATI Ohio
Like the previous RIIPOFF Complaint by Lloyd from Buffalo NY dated 11/12/2002, my product which proved to be ineffective.
One week later a second charge for $59.95 showed up on my card which was NOT authorized by me. I made a single order of the MIOPLEX and NOTHING from BOLAND at all and never placed a call to the company so there should have not been any expense RIPOFF for placing a call like Mr. Lloyd had done.
This second package will be returned to the address via Certified mail and I am working with my bank to have the whole charge removed from my credit card but need to work directly with the BOLAND complany first.

I asked to speek with a manager and customer Serv. Rep. keep on hanging the phone. I intruduce my-self as Attorney, then they put on with the manager and finaly got the credit. However I have to spend money on shipping. I will get the money too. This company is doing bad practices.
