 Since I started service with Boost Mobile I have had problems with my device and my service for starters the device itself after the screen is locked will open up any application it so chooses or call people in my contact list Secondly I never got the high-speed LTE data that I paid for after numerous times of troubleshooting resetting end up dating profiles and PRL the problem still persisted Upon contacting Boost Mobile I was asked to troubleshoot and reset an update again to no avail due to the fact that I did not get the services that I paid for and requested I've then asked for a refund At which time I was informed that I was not able to get a refund because I supposedly used data that I never got the chance to use furthermore I ask for a number to corporate and was told that there is no number for a corporate office I simply just want my money back but just this month when I really should be asking for 2 months so I can get another phone and different service
