I've been w/ BM prepaid for over 9yrs & like everyone I've had problems, it happens & can easily be fixed....no joke (this works for ATT as well)!!!
Few words that will help: Better Business Bureau & (Your States) Attorney General & FCC Those are action words to a call center rep and they get attention but sometimes thats not enough so.......
1st: Bypass all the csr & supervisors go to www.bbb.org
2nd: File your complaint (3minutes), BM-Sprints executives office handles all BBB complaints and they will call you = no holding, no ones rude, hangups, etc.
3rd: The exec. office will handle & take care of this issue making contact within 24-48hrs! Sprint (or ATT) will call you, fix the issue, and you wont' be looking for another carrier. gauranteed!
