Complaint Review: Boston Equity Investments Partners - Josh W Brown - Canton, Dorcester Massachusetts

Someone used my name to post a comment about an employee formerly affiliated with BEI. They used my email, etc. It is not at all accurate.

This individual wanted to back out of the purchase and sales. I told him that was fine but he has to do it through our atty. He took that as BEI was not going to refund him his deposit. My atty cannot take his calls because he is represented by counsel. This individual jumped to conclusions. His deposit is in escrow with BEI's atty and is to be refunded. Our attorneys have been in contact. All we are waiting for is a release to be signed and the deposit will be returned. I would appreciate if the individual who posted this would confirm my statement. Boston Equity Investments and Josh Brown have agreed to refund 100% of my Deposits and I am fully satisfied with this result.

I personally know the vice president of operations, Charbel T Saghbini. He did business with my former employer and caused the company to lose in excess of $200,000. He tried to get me to come work for Boston Equity Investments. He is pretty sad when it comes to business and treats people poorly. I am sorry you lost that money.
