I purchased a B&W Zeppelin about 5-6 years ago, Since I have a Denon home theater with 3 subwoofers, center channel, four sattelite speakers on the walls, I only used the Zeppelin about 3-4 times over the years. The warranty is only good for 2 years but, I paid $600.00 for this supposedly awesome product. One day I looked at it and saw a red light on it. I looked it up on-line and saw that many people had the same issue. Because they had occurred within two years, the company aggred to fix it to save face.

When it happens to pages and pages of Zeppelins, something is wrong with the product. I contacted their customer service, thinking that they would still honor the so called quality of their product. Instead, they proposed that I pay $200.00 to have it fixed or, I could pay $300.00 for a refurbished unit. I tried to reason with them that, after paying $600.00 for a product, only using it 3-4 times over the years, why would I want to bring the purchase price up to near $1,000 for a product that I now consider junk.

I am very disappointed and I had ran a comapny for the past 24 years and had 32 people anser to me. B&W has horrible customer service and my money spends well at many other places and much better products.
