Complaint Review: Bravo Vehicle Bra - Mound Minnesota

Is this product pre-cut and then shipped to the customer in a roll? Because if that is the case, I don't see what the complaint is. The website does suggest professional installation anyway! I have heard of this product prior to this complaint. I have a friend who works for a body shop and this company sent all of it's paint and body guys to a class to learn how to apply this stuff. He was really raving about how good this product is. If you have refunded Jeff's money, then he needs to get over it!

Its one thing to make up these lies but to make a website about it is just going to get you in a law suite. Im tired of playing your game. You have recieved a full refund for the product months ago. Its approved by all almost every major auto manufacture. Dealerships sell this stuff everyday for hundreds of dollars. I hardly think that Companies like Ferrari Mercedes Ford or anyone of them would put this on there cars if it was just a roll of plastic. Im very sorry that you feel like you got ripped off. i have taken video of what he sent me and will be posting on a FREE site the video, signed sworn statements from the Secretary at my work he called names and swore at, AND a sworn statement from my Boss who he threatened (the same sworn statements the police and the FBI have in their posession) Along with Every e-mail he has sent me and a link to his site which claims all the kits are PRE-CUT and ready to put on. Then the people can judge for themselves WHO is the LIAR here. He pretends to be a reputable business man but it's people like him who make E-Bay have a poor reputation for ripping people off. I cant understand how you are confused. These are pre cut kits. You dont need to cut them out yourself. I have a software that has each and every vehicle pattern. Check out the webites kits section again. I dont sell bulk film unless the customer asks for it. I use www.invisiblepatterns.com for all of my vehicle patterns. They are very reputable and have been in business for years. I can assure you that Iam not trying to misslead anyone. There is no hand cutting required on any one of my kits. As for Jeffs name I think that that is pretty minor considering what hes trying to do to me. I wish that I had never sold him the kit but after thousands of satisfied customers how was I to know he was going to be the one bad one Id get. I tried numerous times to ask him what was the problem and he never responded to me in a business manner. I went to your web site as you recommended and your kits claim that they are precut to fit your vehicle, not just a roll of film that you have to cut yourself! I believe that is what the OP was complaining about! Oh, and it shows just what kind of person you are putting the OP's last name on here!

I would like to respond to Jeff Beagleys way of handeling this situation by saying "WOW". Iam the owner of a very legitimate business here in MN. Why would I jeaporidize my way of life for a measly $90. Jeff has gone far enough I think that he has some issues that he needs counseling for. I imediately asked him after the purchase what he thought he was getting. He was so rude that he just replied with negative comments calling my product crap telling me Im a rip off calling me a fagot. Then he threated to ruin my business and my business name. He purchased this product in October and got a full refund the first week of Nov. He is still trying to hurt my reputation. I cant stress enough how horrible this person is. Everyone in this world doing business should be very affraid of him. He totally crazy and unstable. I never got him to even tell me what he thought he was buying. Plus you add the fact that I am the registered contact on my works web site as the administrator and it's very easy to google me and find my place of business. so not only does this retard threaten me and my family but he googles me and finds where i work and calls and SWEARS yelling and swearing at a receptionist and then my boss tries to tell him not to call my work anymore and he swears and threatens my boss to report his business for hiring me. This guy is the biggest loser EVER. I hope the police and the FBI get going on this soon then maybe i'll just go after him in civil court also. Then in his google searches he finds out that i had a daughter killed in a car crash in february and goes all off on how it's (in his words) "probably the weed" man this guy is in business? First off I would like to say that I have been doing businees on Ebay for over 4 1/2 years with 282 positive feedbacks. To do that is extremely difficult. I sell paint protection film. Paint protection film is a clear plastic film that goes over the painted surface of your vehicle. About a month ago a purchase came in for a 2006 Chevy Malibu Maxx hood only kit. I processed the order and shipped the package. After a week went by I got a email in the middle of the night. I have cut copied the email here it is : This add and what i got is BS there is nothing but a roll of crap plastic. I want a refund or I'll be writing e-bay and pay pal ... I want it agreed to before friday or i write and initiate it myself. I replied to the customer asking what did you think you purchased. My ads clearly state that this is paint protection film in 4 different locations. I have a link to my website that shows all about the product. There is installation instructions photos warranty info tons of stuff. The next response from the customer was a threat! Give me my money back or I will leave negative feedback. That is against Ebay policy and is called feedback extortion. The customer never told me what they thought they purchased. He never gave me a chance to communicate with him. He insulted me and everyone in the business right away. The next message from him was Im going to ruin your business I will get you banned from ebay and thrown off of paypal. Once again he never said what he thought he bought. He at this time never offered to return my product. I replied to him letting him know that I will be in contact with ebay for feedback extortion. He then told me I was a rip off and a scam artist. How could I possibly have been on ebay with all of these positive feedbacks NOT 1 negative if I was a rip off. To make this a little shorter I will go to his last email that said and I quote: Your sad ways of doing business! well i got my money back for your suposed "clear bra kit" would you like your roll of plastic back? Id bet you dont since its just a freakin roll of plastic. Man the way some people try to do business on the web. You have one of the poorest ways. How many of your feedbacks are fake?Id bet most of them are. Oh and you never got me banned from egay either f****t Laughing My a*s Off! And now he is reporting me to this rip off site. Trying to ruin my business. All of this over a $90 hood kit that he bought. He never once tried to be polite and never once tried to communicate like an adult. Im sorry but what kind of person goes around calling someone a f****t. I hope that anyone reading this understands that I have tried very hard to keep my business in good standing and wouldnt jeaopardize it over a $90 product. After all of this I found out he has only been on Ebay for 2 months. He has been the rudest and worst customer to deal with. just for the record there were many other threating emails but I will spare us all that. Lets just say there is always 2 sides to every story.

Jeff, I hope you still have that email on your computer. Contact the FBI since it was over state lines and ask that criminal chrges be filed. That was a direct threat made on your safety and that of your family. If you paid with paypal or a credit card, dispute the transaction right away. And follow through with ebay and be sure they at least close this fool down. Don't let him get away with it. Also post his full contact information and ebay user id here for all to see.
