Bright Covers Bright covers led me on for months with empty promises! ann arbor Michigan
Bright Covers representatives James quigley III and Dominic Scarfo are nothing but lieing deceptive heartless human beings! They will promise a service to you and then refuse to return your phone calls, They will offer you a rate and lead you on for months and when the plan is suppose to go through they bail on you and only respond with messages that they are in Florida or busy. Don't do business with these deceptive scam artists!!!! Do not give them a deposit!

James Quigley and Dominic Scarfo is not employed by Bright Covers, they are with Patio Cover Experts which purchases our products and resells our product. Therefore this complaint should be against Patio Cover Experts in Michigan not Bright Covers in Cleveland, Ohio
