Brinks Security Terrible equipment, bad policies, Irving Texas
When I purchased the service I asked about the light sensors. I was told they have them for animals and would be able to have them without a problem. Well I have had service approximatly 5 times because they sensors go off all times of the day and night because of my dog. I finally gave up and stopped using them.A few times the Alarm was set off in error and Iam suppose to have monitoring well no one called to even varify it.
At this point I called to cancel the service, I was told that I could cancel but I would still have to honor the contract for an additional 22 months. At that point I told them I was suppose to have a 2 year contract and it has been over a year since I started the service. I was told that my contract was for 3 years and that I could cancel the service but still pay the balance. I told them this made no sense I would be willing pay a fine or something and they basically said to bad.
They need salesmen who tell the truth when you purchase the service and they need better equipment. If anyone knows who I can call to get help with this matter I would appriciate it.
I think all the people who have a complaint with this company should ban together and try and do something about it.
