Do not let them rip you off too.

After taking my money upfront ($400.00), i went to have the teeth whitening procedure done on April 23rd. The procedure itself was painless and i had no problems during it.

They claim to whiten your teeth up to eight shades in one hour, after one hour the only difference to be seen was one two shades (very dissapointing). I have had better results using Igia Finally white pro, which goes for about $30.00.

The real problem though started on my ride home, when my mouth started getting sharp pains (and i dont have very sensitive teeth), the pain got worse and worse with every passing hour. (Now, they did say if you experience some sensitivity to use some of your usual headache medicine, only they never disclosed that it wouldn't work or how intense the pain would be).

After four and a half hours in the most unbelievable pain i had ever experienced, i had already taken between six to eight extra strength tylenol and not one single second of relief, I cried my eyes out for the rest of the evening and then tried to sleep only, the pain wouldn't let me. Eventually i had to sudate myself with sleeping medication in hope that when i wake - it would be over, not so!, SAME THING all over again. This time there was one more problem.

I woke that morning and tried to brush my teeth but couldn't, as my gums had developed sores on them and could not with stand the toothpaste or a toothbrush on them ( i never imagined i would be putting anbesol on my gums so i could try to brush my teeth, which also didn't help much!), this went on for a whole week before they started to heel.

I cant believe i paid someone $400.00 to do this to me, if they had told me up front what i would go through, i never would have went through with it (not to mention the already dissapointing results).

I wrote an email to them through their website, when i was finally recovered, in hope that they might feel a little bit of sympathy for what i had gone through and reimburse my money.

Today it is May 10 and still not one response. I was going to let it go but, now that i know they couldn't care less, i have my pictures of how my mouth looked after the procedure so, they will have a law suit on thier hands.

It is not worth it - my pain and suffering is now going to cost them a hell of a lot more than four hundred dollars.

PLEASE, dont let them do this to you too.

I too paid $500.00 for a brite smile procedure. I was also under the impression that my teeth would be many shades whiter. Much to my dismay, I experienced on the high side two shades whiter. You could not tell the difference to just look. I did see the small difference in the photo..What A RIP OFF. Dont fall for their hype. Although I didnt experience the pain the prior consumer did. I was displeased with my results. Crest white strips did a better job. I told the dentist I was not happy and they said the results were not guaranteed.
