BROMOLITE MISLEADING SCAM luring people in with wonderful trial offer, but in exchange obligates you to accept future monthly shipments! Leads you to believe cancellation is simple, yet is a nightmare. Their website is strategically/ ingeniously designed to charge cards repetitively so consumer thinks they have been charged just once. And if not careful- will charge you for an EXTRA item Lewes Delaware

*(Of course THEN with the obligation of accepting future monthly shipments!!)
* Leads you to believe cancellation of future orders is simple, yet is a nightmare-
* Their website is strategically/ ingeniously designed to charge cards repetitively, YET consumers thinks they have been charged just once...
* And if not careful- will charge you for an EXTRA item upon signing up- if a certain option isnt unchecked.
* And, of COURSE, if one chooses to cancel future shipments, they must contact THEM (within a pathetically inadequate trial period of time) to cancel future shipments- but will STILL most likely be charged anyhow!
MY idea for transaction improvements (and I imagine this covers the majority) would be for CONSUMERS (NOT COMPANIES) to have first dibs as to whether or not they want future shipments sent beyond any trial offers in the FIRST place!!! Simply put, the mandatory default option should be one that automatically DISTONTINUES AND FORFEITS future shipments!! Unless, of course, one agrees to such idiocracy.
