This is an unscroupulous company with no moral values. They rip off the average consumer, who has a hard enough time getting by in today's world.

They are unavailable and pretend not to understand about the charges when asked what they are for. I have had some major difficulty trying to cancel these charges. Finally I went to my credit card company filed fraud charges and cancelled my credit card. The email address is difficult to locate for these companies. I would like to discuss KD's concerns with him/her to insure that he/she is taken care of. Unfortunately, without a last name or an email address I cannot find his/her account with the necessary contact information. First and foremost I offer an apology for the breakdown in service KD obviously experienced. KD, Grant Search Assistant's customer service department can be reached at 866-396-5718 Monday-Friday 9 am-9 pm Eastern Time. Rewardmemorepro is not our company and you would need to contact them to discuss your account with them. If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
