Dude, Thank you so much for your response! You sound like a "Knight in Shining Armor"!! The owner of Allcare says that he has only the number for Customer Care as his means of contacting Budget! Here is my email address: (((ROR removed for security purposes))) I would very much appreciate the name of someone I could talk with at Budget! I have tried since the end of June to speak with someone at Budget, I have 16 pages of Documentation that states the names and dates I have called the Customer Care Center! When I get a Supervisor to speak with, they tell me they will call me back that day or the next! Giving them time to return the call did not call back the next day....called the following day and was told that the Supervisor, Rebecca was off for BOTH of those days! Grrrrrr!! Obviously she has does not know what her days off are or she deliberately lied to me, to put me off! I can provide all of the info plus all of the receipts etc., as I have been keeping a record of all my calls! Thank you so much for your help in this matter!! I did not get your response until today as we have been trying to get a loan to get us thru and pay utility bills!! Budget really has hurt us BAD!! Thanks again Dude!! You need to focus complaint on Allcare Parking.They are a dealer for Budget they are not a Budget corporation,they use the Budget name and are suppose to follow the rules set up in their contract.If they do not follow rules set up by Budget they will be fined.Allcare is the problem you should not have been on the side of road as long as you were.Mechanical problems happen but happening to both of them seem odd.You can pull any priced vehicle you want as long as it fits the correct size. You should have been able to tow your expensive vehicles.The local dealer if everything you say is true does not want to be liable for the mistakes he made.Looks as though you are in the right based on information you have given me.Allcare is getting in the way of resolution. Ask Allcare for number of their DPM.You said you could not Get through to Budget, try again make sure you get the DPM'S.Unfortunately in a beaurocracy you got lost in the shuffle.Keep calling up the food chain with Budget.They will force the dealer to do the right thing. I am a ex employee of Budget.I worked their for ten years out of St Paul Mn.I was a commercial represenative.I have seen these problems occur because trucks break down.dealers sometimes do not follow rules and screw the customer.If you want it resolved and get your problem resolved make the right phone calls.Allcare is the problem Budget is the solution.I worked their for years they will resolve your problem. Budget takes care of the customers if everthing you say is true they should dump allcare they sound as though they are violating rules left and right.Let me help if you want me to I still know a lot of people inside.I hope this is not the second rebuttal I don't believe the first one I sent went through. Suggestion to all when renting use credit card not your checking account!!
