Buget Car Sales Budget Car Sales in Douglas,Ga. (Coffee County) Ripped Me Off! "Buyers Beware" Douglas Georgia
I am letting everyone know for what I'm about to say is the truth. Budget car sales in Douglas,Ga will rip you off! When I got my 2005 Chevrolet Cobolt back in 2006 from Budget the salesman was very nice to me and lured me in his trap! The saleman's name was Don and I think he's the Manager of the company now. Don got me financed through Capitol 1 in Texas and he said,that my car payments wouldn't be that bad $250-$300 tops a month. Well it turns out they were $374.12 to $389.00 a month. Don also told me when Capitol 1 calls me to tell them the 2005 Chevrolet Cobolt has a sunroof, powerseats, leatherseats, and ect... The thing is that,my car didn't have any of these things. I never told Capitol 1 this because, they didn't ask but, as far as they knew my car had all of these things. Budget car sales in Fitzgearld,Ga. done the same thing to my sister-in-law and soon to be husband. They bought an SUV from them and the salesman told them the same thing when the finance company calls you tell them you have DVD's in the back of the seats,sunroof, and ect.... I have two witnesses on my behalf that,was their with me when this happen. I don't own my 2005 Cobolt anymore because, it got repo from me because, I could no longer afford this car with my slack of work. I will say this, I was paying for the car in 2006 $28,000 dollars and I still owed in this year 2008 $15,525.00. The car was aution off for $7,555.00 and I'm still in debt to Capitol 1 for which a collection agency has took over the account for me to pay $8,695.05 to United Recovery Systems. I know I am the one to blame because, I signed the contract but, it still doesn't make it right for Budget or any company to rip hard working people off like this. Don also told me if I ever wanted to trade my car in there will be no problem. Yeah, right! I called Budget back in Jan 2008 because, I was struggling big time to make my car payments and I needed a vehicle that, I could afford. Budget turned me down and told me to try someone else! This company treats their customers very poorly so "Buyers Beware of Budget Car Sales".
