My entire shipment of plants arrived dead and/or dying. They failed to include a tree I ordered in the shipment and are claiming that it was shipped with my order. They will not issue a refund for the dead plants or send me the tree that I never received. I am being told that I must send them the shipping label in order for them to send me a replacement tree and/or plants. I had tried to cancel my order after reading reviews on them but they would not cancel my order. I contacted my credit card company but they will not give me a charge back unless I return the dead plants which I no longer have.

 

I purchesed a bunch of plants from this company along with a tree and the plants all arrived either dead or nearly dead.  I never received the tree.  They claim they sent the tree with my shipment, but they did not.  They will not refund or reship the tree unless I send them back the shipping label.  They will not refund my money for the dead plants unless I ship back the plants.  The plants I received were not as described.  They were tiny 1" seedling with brown and yellow shrivled up leaves. I have ordered plant online on many occasions and have never seen such unhealthy plants before.  Any other nursery would have never shipped plants like these to customers.  These plants were unhealthy and almost dead before they shipped as you can clearly see the dried up old brown leaves on them.  None of them were rooted well so it's no wonder they could not survive.
