Business Expo Magazine Rip off Guarantees great home business leads from people who attended an Expo and did not, most numbers given are bad Vallejo California
This Randy Carter guy is good! States that you are guaranteed a 6% sign up rate from these leads because these people attended a Home Business Expo in their local area and will remember doing so.
I asked before ordering the leads if they would include the Expo that they attended and he said...oh yeah, of course.
Yeah right. I got my batch of 390 leads and called 40 (over 10%) and most are bad and disconnected numbers and bunch of other junk. You guessed it, they did not include the Expo that they attended. I did get in touch with just a few of the people on the list and they said they didn't know what I was talking about! Uh-ooh, is what I thought - I've been had.
I was expecting the worse because I called back wanting more information about the leads before I started calling like how long ago they might have attended the "Expo" and what the exact name of the "Expo" was called so I would make sure they re-called attending. Funny thing, Mr. Carter (if that is his real name) never returned my calls whereas when we were talking details about getting the payment sent and stuff he always called back pretty quick. Nice...
This guy sounds so credible and preys on people who have placed an ad somewhere promoting their home-based business. He calls wanting to talk about "your opportunity" and then does a bait and switch about his leads.
Buyer beward, this guy offers nothing of value and remember the old rule that somehow I forgot in the blind excitement of getting a jump on these leads...if they don't take credit cards, let that be a warning.
