Renters beware; fact listing rental ads at present residence; while legally knowing as former Licensed Broker State of Washington #90526, covenants due not allow, residence is specifically zoned as single family unit, in addition turning residence into boarding house violates additional covenants and adds additional legal burden. Ignores laws and legal obligation she signed and legally entered into at purchase for financial gain; should not need additional income as she shows occupation as COO GLOBUL for 9 years 5 months (GLOBUL Inc 60 days ago another lie).
