On 11/2/15, I agreed to pay for an order of diet pills from an online company (Cali Meds LTD).  This was supposed to be a 2-month supply of meds (60 pills) for $130.00, plus 2-day ship of $25.00, plus $20.00 for Western Union fee for a total of $175.00.  I am disabled and on a fixed income, but I thought losing weight would improve my health and save money in the long run.  I saved my money, and used my grocery fund, and paid a bill late to get this money.  I was guaranteed that the med would work, I would be satisfied & would lose weight.  I sent the money to a "Francis Auk" in Washington, DC which was picked up on 11/3.  As soon as the money was gone, I got a call from the vendor "Travis Lopez" 1-424-272-5365 & on e-mail from Cali Meds that my order was much too small to meet minimum shipping requirements, and that I needed to at least double my order and send a couple more hundred dollars right away to get my package.  I was horrified--I didn't have that money, and I knew I was being scammed.  I insisted on a refund, and finally he promised to send me the entire $175.00 & that I would be getting tracking number soon so I could get my money back.  It's been almost a week now, and this man will not answer his phone, respond to texts, or return e-mails.  Complete silence.  My money is gone....I have contacted a number of scam sites to report this site so others don't also lose their money.  Neither the bank or W/U can do anything to help me.  I also reported him to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), so there should be an investigation.  I have all the texts and e-mails he sent me to lure me in.  I also reported him to his phone carrier--there is a guideline that using those phones cannot be used illegally & he used his to defraud me.  I also notified gmail, he also broke their rules by using their site to offer products that he will not provide.  The main factory is in India, & I am going to make sure their CEO knows his American placed vendor is stealing from people.  I'm also going to complain to IndiaMART--that is how he got my contact information.  I can forward his e-mails to them to prove he manipulated and conned me, & then he won't be able to advertise or get customer contact information on that site any longer.  I am so upset over this--I feel so foolish.  When I've ordered meds before, I only use Drug Buyer's Forum & use their endorsed vendors--always get genuine product at good price, but I couldn't find a seller on there that had this particular diet drug I was looking for--only reason I went outside DBF suggestions, and I'll never do it again.  Please, no one use this man or this company--he is a scam artist, & I'm hoping I can get him arrested for fraud, possession, mail fraud, intent to distribute, etc.  Best of luck to you all.
