Calvary Profolio Services - MBNA ripoff sold account I settled and they will not remove from credit report Hawthorn, New York
I have paid a settlment to mbna for 4,100.00 and they sold the account to Calvary and they WILL NOT REMOVE FROM CREDIT I HAVE ALL MY PAYMENT INFORMATION IN WHICH PAYMENTS WERE MADE TO MBNA AND HAVE SENT THIS INFORMATION CONSISITLY TO CSC. AND CALVARY IS STATING I STILL OWE THE MONEY WHICH I DO NOT. THEREFORE I CANNOT GET CREDIT OR FINANCING FOR ANYTHING. ((( ROR redacted competitior's name))) AND OTHERS HAD TOLD ME IF THAT WAS NOT ON MY CREDIT I COULD GET FINANCING FOR ANYTHING.. THEY ARE REALLY HINDERING MY CREDIT AND THAT IS THE ONLY THING ON MY CREDIT THAT IS HINDERING ME FROM HAVING GOOD CREDIT STATUS. I AM GOING TO WRITE THEM AND IF THEY DO NOT REMOVE FROM MY CREDIT I AM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION.
