I have ordered from this website after reading the reviews on their company website canadiaprotein.com.  I was impressed with the bulk prices and I couldn't believe I could get some whey and pre-workout ingredients for so cheap. The only question in my mind was on the purity of the products as one of the biggest problems in the supplement industry is dishonest companies spiking their supplements and/or overhyping the amounts that ingredients that are in 1 scoop(this is why people go for name brands that have been laboratory tested such as ONS, Allmax with good reputations).

But I decided, what the heck. At this price, it was worth the risk. Little did I know, that would be the least of my worries dealing with this shady company.

I waited 10 days and I e-mailed the company to get a status update on my order as the order confirmation stated that I would get a shipping confirmation when the products are sent out.  After 10 days, I had never received this e-mail. So I contacted their customer service and I was told that my order was flagged as ''high risk'' and they were never shipped out and they would ''try to call'' me the next day. However, I never got that call. I e-mailed them back stating that I had already paid and I prefer they would give me a refund or actually ship the product as enough time has already been wasted.

Well, It's been 12 days now, and I haven't received anything. They still have my money and I'm left in the cold.

With this kind of experience, why would you take the risk in believing that their products are actually exactly as described? I wouldn't. In my opinion, if they were able to arbitrarily decide to keep my money without shipping the product, why would I even blindly believe in thier nutritional profile of their products? Lesson learned, I would rather go on bodybuilding.com and buy a name brand product next time(from a store that actually has good customer service and shipped out every product I bought in the past).

 I am completely disturbed by the made up story. I never ever made a wrong order. In fact, you are lying or you are confusing me with someone else. I have the proof. I opened a case with paypal and I got refunded because you never shipped the product I paid for. Also, I have proof within that dispute that you are fabricating your story completely. How come my dispute doesn't mention ANYTHING about having made an error in my order? So nice try trying to lie but accept it. You guys made a mistake or my order fell through the crack. But regardless, you received the money and I contacted your customer service asking that my order be sent to me as soon as possible. However, once I was told I was going to be contacted, I never heard from you guys. I tried sending one more e-mail asking that the order be shipped as I have not received any update at all but nobody responded to me. 

I have all the proof I need and so does paypal. You did not even answer a SINGLE communication within the Paypal Dispute tool which is a means of communicating and solving disputes.

 

You didn't say a word , not a thing. You didn't answer my request to send the product OR to give me a refund. You waited almost the entire 20 day period that paypal gives you to ship the product and provide a tracking number. You are a LIAR when you say you did everything to resolve it. Then, WHY DIDN'T YOU provide any tracking information to paypal during the whole 21 days? Why did you completely ignore it and give me a refund almost 20 days later right before the deadline?

 

Also, nice try trying to make me look bad but I have all the e-mails I sent to you and they were very respectful and courteous. So do not even try to get smart with me. My name is NOT ken..Why on earth would I need to lie about your service being horrible? I don't know you and I could care less.

 

But it's simple this is what happend:

1.I ordered the product and paid through paypal. 2. I waited and I didn't receive anything.

3. I contacted customer service and I was told my order was "flagged" for being high risk and that I would receive a telephone call soon.

4.I waited and nothing...no call.  I e-mailed you guys again... no response. 

5. I opened a paypal dispute...no response. No refund for almost 20 days(the deadline to provide PROOF of shipping the product which you never did so you HAD to refund me).

 

Wow I am shocked that you would go as far as fabricating a story about my order. NOTHING that you said happend or was related to my order. MY NAME IS NOT KEN. Nice try trying to make it sound legit....

 Good luck, I'm sure someone with common sense will know I have no reason to fabricate a story and to come on here just for pleasure. Get real! You are despicable.

This particular customer is being completely untruthful of the situation and completely disrespectful of our staff. What happened was that he accidentally ordered the wrong product and the order had already gone into "processing". I then tried to stop the order and had two people spend 3 hours in the truck looking for his order so that we can change the products that he had mistakenly ordered, but blamed our website for "not working" correctly, which it is. 

 

After hours of sifting through packages couldn't find the order and had to send the products with the truck and the rest of the orders. We then contacted the courier to ship it back to us, at our expense, then changed the order and reshipped it.

 

In an effort to appease the customer we tried to do everything possible to make this situation happen, while Ken was leaving us threatening emails and phone calls littered with profanity that was completely insulting and inappropriate, which I would post here, but I don’t believe anyone should read what was sent to us. 

 

Because of this error HE made in the beginning and the fact that it shipped since he contacted us after the fact of course it will cause delays in him getting his product since we also had to send the order back to us. 

 

We are also showing his tracking and package being delivered as of July 12/2016. 

 

It is a shame that customers will not tell the whole story in hopes to make companies look bad. We are more than willing to do whatever it takes to make our fans and customers happy, but it appears some just never will be no matter what we do. 

 

Ken, I'm sorry this were taken to this point and if you would like to contact us in a respectable manor we would be more than happy to offer a discount to your next order for the troubles on your first one so that we can put this one behind us.
