The roof that was installed last year is leaking. I cannot get anyone from the company to contact me.
I had a roof put on in the Spring of 2012 in Knoxville, Tn by the Knoxville office. I am currently experiencing a leak in the roof which has caused damage on my kitchen ceiling. I've also noticed that part of the roof is sliding down. I have tried to contact someone in the Knoxville office, but no one ever answers and there is no way to leave a voice mail. Also, the national warranty claim number has been disconnected. I am very concerned that the 2-year warranty as expressed on their web-site (canopyconstruction.net/Warranty-Claim) will not be honored.
