Capital Acquisitions & Company Aka CAMCO threaten with legal proceedings Schaumburg Illinois
On Nov.28,2003 I recieved a letter from Capital Aquisition demanding payment on a account that I do not owe. I called the contact person on the letter John Jamerson at 2 p.m. on 11-28-03 and left a message. At 2:45p.m. a Anthony Bradford called me stating that he was from the DA. office of Oakland County.
He stated that he was summoned to testify against me in court on Monday Dec. 1, 2003. This person said he wanted to help me avoid large legal fees. When I started asking questions he became angry. I asked to repeat the department of Oakland County he was from, then he said his office was in Detroit.
I asked for the address and phone number that he did not give to me. He once again became loud and angry stating that he will tell the court that I refused to pay and to issue a summons to me.
I never recieved any notification from any court, yet he states the hearing is 12- 3-03. He could not and would not say which court and where. He said I can't help if you don't listen to what I tell you. He was always trying to out talk me, then he just hung up the phone.
