CAMCO: Capital Management And Acquisitions Abusive Language, Threats, Lible, Illegal Fraudulent Collections, ripoff Rockford Illinois
CAMCO/Capital Acquisitions $ Management Co. sent me a bogus letter demanding a $6000 payment or they would take harmful actions against me. CAMCO demanded I pay them or be subjected to severe penalties, judgements, consequences.
When I called to discuss the matter the CAMCO representative (Dean Mason) was hostile, abusive. The rep. said "he knows where I live" and "knows all my information" then read my Social Security number and previous addresses, credit account info. and said "what are you goin to do about it - I've got all your information?" Also, said I had to prove the debt was false not him prove it was legitimate. He disregarded my claim that "I've never heard of Fourscore Resource Co." and became verbally hostile.
This collection is false and even if it was valid (which it isn't) the Statute of Limitations has passed - so it's illegal to harass, threaten, and take damaging actions. I've already filed a police report and will take action with the Attorney General's office in CA.
