Capital Financial Card - Ameriacan Financial ripoff, misrepresentation of services, swindlers Largo Florida
Like numerous other on this site I was contacted and told I would receive a creit card w/ $2000.00 limit if I first gave $200.00 that I would receive back in payment vouchers. My family was going on vacation in a few weeks so I thought it would be nice to have since we do not have a credit card.
WRONG!! It was for their crappy catalog with an invalid web site and order number. I called and was rudely told that I had agreed after hearing the recording stating what the card was.
This recording was so low and fast that I asked the inital rep what it said and he told me it was just a reiterance of everything we had already discussed and for me just to say I agree.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau of West Florida. The company responded that they did not beleive I was intitled to a refund as I agreed to the terms,but as a curtesy they would issue full refund.
Well I have gotten back $90.00, these would be the fees for inactivity. I have refiled to get my $200.00.
EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY CONTACTED THE WEST FLORIDA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU YOU CAN GET TO THEIR SITE THRU THE REGULAR BBB SITE. ALSO GO ONLINE AND CONTACT CHARLIE CRIST THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF FLORIDA AND FILE A COMPLAINT THRU HIS OFFICE. PERHAPS A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT CAN BE FILED AND WE ALL CAN BE RECOMPENSATED FOR THE TROUBLE AND HARDSHIP CAUSED BY THIS COMPANY.
