The call you answered to, and calling, and gave vital Personal Information to was NOT from Capital One, but a SCAMMER, never give info. out over the phone unless you either know who it is or you initiated the call AND trust the other person on the other end. Please check your computer for any spyware or viruses. If you don't know how, you can post back asking how or search the Internet on how to, and I will point you to some links to download some protection, if you don't already have any. :)

Same thing happend to me back in 2005, they call me with a credit offer and of course i gave my account #. To my surprise they took 250 out and never got the card. I call no responce. I call the bank and i told them that i had tried to fix the problem with the company and they did not reply to me calls. Finally i had to file a fraud report on my account. Got my money back and will never do it again. You need to do all this within 60 days. Other wise it will be too late. Good luck and remember is your money, you work hard for it, dont let someone else take it away from you. God bless.
