Capital First Fraud Rip-off Perpetual Delay Tactics No Customer Service Consistent lies & abuse from Representatives Miami Florida
CaptitalFirst should be renamed CapitalFist...
They fraudulently represented themselves and the product over the phone. They electronically debited my account for fees before the date established. They stole money from my account as they continued to debit my account after I'd informed them I wasn't interested in the product as now represented.
I called the number provided in the package, and cancelled the card when I got the package. They still withdrew funds from my account.
During the "Refund" process they disclaimed receiving the returned package. Then they claimed they got the Proof of Debit papers two weeks after they signed for them. They provided a fax number to fax the POD to, and it never worked.
They finally deigned to tell me they would refund most of my money, but it still has not arrived. Then after 3 calls to check on it, they told me that it had been approved, but was in the corporate office.
A week after they told me (again) that the money would be here, thier phone number no longer works. Total Frauds!
