Capital Home Placement They scammed me out of $195 - SCAMMERS!!!! South El Monte California
Capital Home Placement claims to be a rental agency that will help you find a place to rent. They give you a list of addresses along with google maps of homes that are for "rent." But once you start looking around, you begin to realize that most if not all of these homes are already occupied or when you speak to the owners' they tell you that they are not contracted with this rental agency and the homes are already rented out. When you call Capital to ask for a refund all they say is, "you signed the contract, so read what is says." They refuse to give you a refund when you ask for it. They say that after 90 days you have to show proof that you did not sign a Lease with one of their contacts and then they will give you a refund. However, they just give you the run around until you get tired of calling and just give up...
