Capital Lending Ripped off and upset Portland Maine
Well what can i say, i have a few payments that i had to pay all on the same date. It was getting hard for me to make all this payments at the same time so i decided to get a loan. I applied online and this is what happend.
June 9th i got an email from Linda Jacobs who is supposed to be one of the consulatant at Capital Lending, she send me all the paper work and asked me to fax a copy of my drivers license and pay check stubbs to her attention along with the agreement that i had to sign.After i did all that i called her and she asked me to sent her a $867 deposit thru Western Union (for a security blanket that they had) in attention to Kent Krause in Richmondhill Ontarrio Canada.
I felt that there was something wrong since on her email the adress tha appears is from Portland, ME. I was so desperate and exited to be getting that loan that o really needed that it never came across my mind to ask her the reason why the money was going to Canada. When i called her to give her the confirmation she told me that if i did not receive my money thru the mail in 3 days to call her back, so i did 4 days passed and i never got the loan so i called her and she told me that they needed $500 more so that they could send my money Overnight.
I told Linda that i did not have that kind of money and that since i was not going to receive the loan that i wanted my deposit back. She said OK that they would put it on the mail on Thursday June 26th and that i should receive it within 3 to 5 days. Up to know i have not received anything now i have 6 days trying to talk to someone but everytime i try to call the phone hangs up or o get a busy signal that tells me to try back later. Also i have sent her
many emails but i always get a response saying that it was rejected by the receipient. So now i have $867 dollars missing, no loan, and no one to help me. I am really upset because of the things that this company is doing to the people that apply with them for a loan
