Capital resorts suddenly a large bill myrtle beach sc
I received a bill for over $1,393 from a company I never heard of - with a late fee. Tried to contact via phone - several times, leaving my information for a call back - never happened - looked up on line - sent several emails without any response - I've written to 4 different addresses with no response - company web site refuses to let me in - tried changing password - will not accept it -
now and then get another bill with more late charges - contacted BBB and the company gave legal bs - stating things I never said - it's now been almost a year now - I think they are going to take it over for non payment of maintance fees - they previously had a special charge "to replace the TV's" - our unit after all these years has not even been built..
