Capital Vacations (aka: Free Stuff For You, Imperial Majesty, Paradise Vacations, Membership Services, Capital Travel, Two Talk Communications, Travel Agent Network, Bill Brown Travel) ripoffs! They made an unauthorized debit from my account, and I didn't receive requested materials. Treasure Island Florida
I received a phone call from Capital Vacations, (aka Free Stuff For You, Imperial Majesty, Paradise Vacations, Membership Services, Capital Travel, Two Talk Communications, Travel Agent Network (TAN), and Bill Brown Travel). They were to send me a package in the mail so I can look over some discount package deals and coupons for vacations and for when traveling. I was told that I'd have two weeks to review this (for free), if I did not like the service they provide, I can cancel. If I want to keep it, my account will be debited a certain amount.
Well, I NEVER received the package and was debited $59.95 out of my account. I called the 888-824-7675 number and it was automated. They asked if I wanted to cancel my request. I chose that option and was told that my account will be credited within 24 hours. It has not and it has been two weeks. I called again and an actual person answered and told me that if I want a refund, I must write a letter to their refund department. Why is it so easy for them to take my money but it is hard to give me my money back? IT IS MY MONEY!! I reported these #%#^%@%% to the FBI, the FTC, and the BBB. DO NOT TAKE ANY CALLS FROM CAPITAL VACATIONS. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!
