CAREXNONHIDKITS.COM Unable to return merchindise. Nonexistant web email address. Talked to the same person multiple times to try to return items and get the run-a-round. Male of probable asian descent New York, City or Canada New York
I ordered HID light converson kits for my truck. Recieved light kit via FEDEX. Realized that i had ordered the wrong light kit and called the toll free # that was listed on the web site. Spoke with a male of probable asian descent on the phone about returning item due to it being the wrong part for my vehicle. Person on the phone told me to send him an email regarding the return which seemed odd to me. The email address listed on the web site doesn't even work. It comes up as not recognized. I called the company back two days later and got the same male on the phone and he gave me the same run-a-round again when i told him that the email address on his web site is inactive. I feel that this company is fraudulant in its practices and should be shut down. I'll probably end up out $120.00 due to this person probably running this scam out of a basement somewhere.
