The salesman, Jim Brady, pressured my husband into buying this cruise by telling him it is the absolute last day of this offer. He was extremely high pressured and put a guilt trip on him for trying to say "NO". After 45 minutes of constant badgering, my husband gave in and said "OK". I was soo mad! I told Jim Brady that we live on a fixed income and cannot afford this at this time due to my husband's unexpected surgery. He was relentless! He just kept on with his sales tactics until he got our credit card info out of him. Of course, after my husband regained his normal faculties, it was too late! The company had already run our credit card and the chance for a refund was impossible!
This company uses very high pressure tactics and preys on people who may not really be able to afford this. Then on top of this, after reading about it, the accomodations that are offered are terrible! The Ramada resort is located in a terrible part of town and another place has been closed down! This company needs to be put out of business and I will file a complaint with the BBB!

are just that, tactics. The consumer has every right to simply say no. Hang up the phone, don't worry about that being rude. It's really very easy to say no. What are you going to tell the BBB? They can't control your response to a sales tactic.
