Carlos Estrada lies to people promising money and houses and and makes them work based on lies and with no pay La Puente, California
Carlos Estrada lied to me telling me to come and work for him and told me that he was gonna pay me and that I was gonna receive a home for me and my family. After I worked for him 8 months I found out he was the director of a foundation and he was receiving money to have me and my family working and living at a thrift store. Not only did he not pay me but on top of that he was receiving money to have me working there for him. He brings people in to work for him saying there volunteers so he wont pay them. All he does is abuses immigrants to take advantage and not pay them since they do not have a choice for not having their reciindency.
