DEAD BEAT DAD- CARLOS NEALLEY
This man owes me over $17,000 in child support. He has seen his once, and has spoken to her once on the phone. At that point in time, which was over 3 years ago, he had to ask me what her name was. PATHETIC. I don't care if I ever see him again, as he has moved on to reproduce elsewhere, but somehow, he has managed to dodge the system (no big surprise there). The Child Support Recovery Unit has done little or nothing to help, but there's only so much they can do when a person is sponging off the system. When last I heard, he and his girlfriend were living on welfare in the state of Missouri. He had even gone so far with one of his employers as to have them deduct only partial payment. I have seen only 2 payments this year, as I'm sure he wants to provide a Merry Christmas for his other child(ren). I think this is disgusting, especially since our politicians are so concerned about welfare (which is a rip-off in it's own right). I work my butt off, and if anyone knows where to find this LOSER, please feel free to email me. Thank you.

I just wanted to make sure that I make myself clear. I'm not doing this as a way to get my revenge. When he previously paid child support, every single penny of it was spent on my daughter. My current husband and I work 40+ hours a week, and we both pay child support. If he were to read this, then he should know now as I told him 3 years ago if he wants to see his child, then so be it. I do believe that a child should know both parents, but so far, he's managed to "lose" every job he's gotten.
