Me and my father sent approx 4,000.00 to Carl to build us a vending cart/ Hot dog cart in November 2010. He promised the cart in approx 3-4 weeks. Since then we have been given one excuse after another,and still have not received either the cart or refund and it has been over 5 months. I think all of the people who have been ripped off by this guy need to get together and file criminal charges and also sue for the price of the cart and loss of income.

I too went through the same thing with this man. I am attempting to put together a class action lawsuit. Please let me know if you are interested in joining or can provide any updated information.
