Carolin Soldo Inexperienced coach with a temper Internet
I signed up for her 12-month Powerhouse program. I loved how sweet Carolin was, as well as her team. However within one month it was clear to me that the shiny exterior was just a ruse. They say that they qualify their clients before coming into the program but from what I've seen they allow anyone to come in that has the money to pay for it, even if the program isn't right for them. Over the next couple of months I watched those in the program who struggled get treated poorly. I paid thousands of dollars to receive on demand coaching which I had a very hard time ever getting! They always directed me back to the group calls each week.
I was told that the on-demand coaching for those of us who paid for the elite program would get it as needed within reason. However in 6 months I only actually had one call with Carolin one on one that I asked for. I lost all respect after seeing her post very angry, immature, and childish things in a group of her former clients, and then about an employee that had left her organization. I really started to question the mistake I had made in investing in her program once I saw how she reacts when she's angry. The final straw for me was when I heard for the third time that the goal was to charge the most amount of money, and do the least amount of work possible.
And I saw what the least amount of work meant in clients who were struggling to get support and never seemed to quite get it in the way that they needed. I I've worked with high and coaches before and received absolutely Stellar treatment, but not from Carolin soldo and her team. I also discovered that she has a poor memory! So many things that I would talk to her about she had absolutely no memory of, even done very important things we discussed and that was very frustrating as a client! I don't know if it's a medical condition or a blatant disregard and care for her clients, but enough is enough and I do not recommend any of her programs to anyone.
