First time ordering from this company. We had only purchased off ebay previously for parts but tried this company and out of an 11 item order, 6 items were either incorrect or damaged. The packaging were boxes that were pieced together and no bubble wrap or anything to cushion or secure the items. They packaged small fenders with large core supports so all that was pretty trashed. 4 parts were for a different car and they refused to refund until they received the parts on my dime to ship and it was an outsourced call center that you will speak with that has zero knowledge or willingness to make things right. We purchase around $550,00-$650,000 per year in parts and can say that this company needs to be avoided at all cost.
