I used their online part filter correctly and was sent the wrong part which I had to send back to get a refund issued but the shipping was more than the price of the part. I contacted them I told them that their online filter doesn't make the distinction between vehicles that change model parts mid-year, which is the only reason I can think of for the wrong part.
I was told to get more information on my truck so that when i buy from them again i will be sure to get the right part. What??!! The fault is entirely theirs and i should have been reimbursed for the cost of shipping as well as the price of the part.
