Carpet Mill Outlet Ripped me off Barrington Illinois
I went into carpet mill with my mother in law on may 25,2008 and talked to the same sales man mike. There is another gentleman there who seems as if he is sleeping all day or watching soap operas on tv. I have bought many things from this company in the past and figured i should come back to this place for a few other projects. We bought (my mother in law and myself) carpet and hardwood floors for her rental unit. I alos bought more hardwood floor for my home. It is now July 7 and nothing is in yet. They took our money and said we would recieve it back and never have. We cancelled these orders over 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. I am told scott sandler is the guy to call but of course it is a CELL phone his number is 312 404 9226. They give the same story that their store does not give out checks for refunds that scott is the guy that does. Funny that the store there can accept money but not give it back? Do not shop here do not get anything here. They seem to have many credit issues with their suppliers. I want my money back and everyone to know they are not doing business on the up and up. Can u please help me ripoff report?
