Cash Advance/ Austin Wilson/Michael Debt Collector Mr. Payroll locatations, Quick Payday, cash central, sonic cash, net loan usa, 100 day loan, Cash America Net, Cash America International, Cash NET 500, etc. These are international scammers that attach "warrants" from fake agencies demanding money or your wages will be garnished. Los Angeles California
About a year ago I began receiving "threatening" emails. As a paralegal for 14 years, I assumed is was spam (not scam yet) until I starting doing what i do for a living, RESEARCHING! There was so many emails just like the ones I was receiving, disguised by general names like a "Smith" or "Wilson" from the "Department of Theft Treasury" (the Agency changed each email w/ an actual seal on the attachment. Looked scary!
The attachment is always a "warrant." They give you an amount to pay and tell you if you do not pay it w/in 24 hours they will contact your employer (please do sir contact my boss, I say on the phone calls from 11 digits in the number). They threaten that your employer will "take strict action and garnish your wages."
I have not responded to any of the emails except one, who was threatening to process serve at my job, and me and my co-workers were stanidng around the phone on speaker, asking him to come serve this threat, along with a warrant, a lawsuit or whatever, but I will not just give him my debit card info for 14,000.00!!!! I still dont know where this all began. I even have since got married, changed my name completely, but they still have all my email addresses (my fault probably) never thinking this could emotionally harm ME in anyway, all because of a social!
I am a full time working mother supporting a 3 year old and I am at a loss on what to do other than to keep saving them and not responding. Its funnt that they never have mentioned "jurisdiction" or when I supposedly got a "pay-day loan" which is now a "Cheque fruad case worth $14,000.00!
Any advice from anyone could help catch this ring, all thick indian accents, all working for Cash Advance? Im blonde, but not stupid.
