A company by the Name of APS Affidavit Processing Services Called me and told me they had an Affidavit against my social Security Number for a cash advance loan from cash Advance USA. They told me they had all the necessary documentation but that I needed to talk to my Attorney I told them I never took a cash advance with Cash Advance USA they told me to check my bank statements I told them that I did never receive any funds from the company Cash Advance USA and they told me they would see me in court. I would love to see them in court as there is no such deposit into my account from this company and I never had a cash advance from this company. I had a hard time understanding them as the person had a mid east accent and I could hear nothing but a lot of talking in the back ground of Mid eastern accents. The company claims they are a legal firm and will only talk to my Attorney or see me in court I asked why I never got anything in the mail and they said it was sent to my email address I never received any email from this company.
I do not know how this company got my information but I am assuming somehow through the web site or possibly from this company Cash Advance USA which is not really a pay day loan company but a pay day loan pre screening company however I have tried to contact them and the only phone number available is a fax number so I have contacted them by sending them an Email earlier today so I will see if they at least respond.

I decided to call and harass them and told them exactly what I thought! won't put that language also told them I was well aware that they are scam artists and they were not getting one red cent from me also have a email from Cash Advance USA confirming they don't have an active application or did I ever apply for a pay day loan. They are investigating this issue. These scum need to be taught a lesson!! I was beyond Angry with them. I think they got the message!

Unless you really defaulted (Unlikely) this is the same "Scare them and steal their cash" Scam, from India.
Tell them you know it's a scam, they'll threaten, but they truthfully Can't do anything but try to scare you into paying, DON"T DO IT.
They also use "American Law Division"
And "Department of law and justice"
all fake names.
