I received this email on Friday 6-26-15. I have been receiving emails like this since Feb 2015.

Arrest warrant I'd :- JDP - 641172190 which will be going to release on Friday

This Legal Proceedings issued on your Docket NumberNWQ-81135 with one of Cash Advance Inc. Company in order to notify you that after making calls to you on your phone number we were not able to get hold of you. So the accounts department of Cash Advance has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press legal charges against you.

I received the identical email 7/1/15, same numbers same everything. Mine had an attachment of an arrest warrant with it (it looked like the work of an 8th grader). Neither the arrest warrant nor the email had my name, address, phone number or any personal information on them. The email it came from was "[email protected]", anyone who is up to date on policies knows that an Attorney General does not use a Gmail address. The number of errors in the email body reveal that it is definitely not from an Attorney; lines like, "And we will be Emailing/ Fax this issue to your current employer to make sure they take strict against you. Your salary wages will be garnished." and "Do revert back if you want to get rid of these legal consequences and make a payment arrangement today or else we would be proceeding legally against you." These were just a few of the errors that stood out immediately. Usually they are indicative of a foreigner trying to get one over on you.
