What this person can do is file an unauthorzied ach debit form at her bank. Stating she did not authorize this company to debit the amount of 149.99 from her checking account. She will get her money back, it takes a bit but very worth it. I would also suggest that she close out that checking account after she recieves credit to stop them from debiting in the future. I had major problems with this company myself. Hope it helps. Tami
