Cash Net USA Cash Net USA debiting account after accepting payment plan Ripoff Chicago Illinois
I too have been having my share of problems with Cash net usa.
I borrowed 500 dollars from the company and ended up having to pay back almost twice as much as i borrowed. After doing that a few times I ended up deeper in debt and called the company to stop all debiting from my account and that I will make monthly payments to them on my debt, they agreed to that payment plan. I thought everything was fine with that and come next payday they tried to take out the amount of my loan, but I had this weird feeling in the gut of my stomach and went to the bank after I talked to them and stopped payment on that exact amount they tried to take out. 2 weeks later they tried to take out 3 different amounts, amounts that I never even authorized, but luckily after they attempted to take out the first payment, I put a hold on my checking account, it messed my bank account up pretty badly, but after about a week i closed the account and opened another checking account.
They call me every single day 5 to 6 times on my cellphone and landline phone, is that legal?
I make payments to them every month and still they harrass me

It is not legal for them to call you once you have made payment arrangement's with the company. I would tell them to stop calling you next time you talk to someone or let them know you will report them. There is a law The Fair Debt Act that protects us. What they are doing is illegal as for there contracts and so forth. Good Luck and stay away from online payday lenders...
