Company in order to notify you that after making calls to you on your phone number we were not able to get hold of you so the accounts department of “THE SEMRAD LAW FIRM” has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press legal charges against you.

Throw it in the trash. This company has been running this same scam for years now. Either throw it in the trash or demand ALL supporting documents from them. Either way, you will never hear from them again.
