I swear to God I didn't know what I was getting myself into. I purchased a loan with Cash Net USA and to make a long story short., I've gone from owing them $750 to 1100 and it is still rising. I wanted to work out a payment plan or some terms, but the gentlemen Mr. Davis, I think, laughed and said terms, I don't think so. Now this gentlemen Mr. Davis is calling me from Legal Mediation place and has said that I will be receiving some bad news about my debt. I explained to him that I was going through some difficult times but, he didn't want to hear it. He told me that he was going to go ahead and press charges. I approved payments of $90.00 but since I couldn't pay they issued a check in the amount of $750.00 and I certainly didn't approve of that. Now I am in a world of crap. I owe these people and I would like to make small payments so I can feed my kids, but they don't want to hear it. The interest rate is unheard of and I can't give them what they want. My nerves are so bad from the phone call I received to day, I am physically sick. Dreading what might happen to me on Monday, I am steadily praying. I am a single mom with 2 kids and just recently went through a divorce. The bills just piled up and I am trying to keep up and stay a float. This legal mediation sounded like an attorney who is getting ready to get a warrant out for my arrest. I feel like I have been trapped with no way out and the calls are nerve racking to say the least.

I want you to visit a board called http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/forum/index.html debt consolidationcare. I too was harassed and mistreated by pay day lenders and this site gave me so much great information to turn the tables. You have rights you do not even realize!! Just visit and tell your story and you will find help and advice on how to survive this mess. I did and I am sooo glad. Also check this out, this is PA law about Payday loans like Cashnet. They have to follow your state guidelines, NOT their own- they tell you they can have any interest rate they want but it is FALSE. Do research and know the truth! Good luck! I too have been sucked into the vicious circle of payday loans. You might want to look into a consumer protection lawyer in your area. I have one here in my area and intend on using his services. I have found out that payday loans are ILLEGAL in the state of PA yet these people still offer them. These people NEVER check to see if you are capable of paying back your debt and don't want to hear you're having any financial woes. So many states are banning them and their underhanded practices-I hope to see them all shut down!
