CashnetUsa -personal loan department Sam Miller Lying, stealing, misrepresented internet
I applied for a loan to pay for moving and utility expenses. Mr Miller requested ipurchase a money pak in the amount of $196 in order to complete the loan. I did this in good faith, because my children and I are homeless. He then said it couldn't be direct deposited into my checking account because of some IRS issue. I've never had a problem with the IRS before. Now he requested I purchase a second money pak to cover western union fees so they could send my loan that way along with the refunded amount from earlier of $196. I did this in the amount of $123. I went to collect my loan and the MTCN number wouldn't work. When I called western union they said there was no transaction with that number. I called Mr Miller again and this time I got told he was in a meeting and passed to someone else. They told me I needed to pay $100 in taxes for the IRS to release my money. I refused to give them anything else. They refused to refund all of my money. They just kept repeating I needed to pau the taxes.

CashNetUSA does not require customers to pay up-front fees and does not request or require a Moneypak card. If someone applies with CashNetUSA and is approved for a loan, we deposit the money directly into your account and not through Western Union or any prepaid cards. Please call our fraud prevention team at 866.254.3581 and tell them what you told us here. Also, if the fraudster calls you back, do not confirm any of your personal details.
